World of warcraft new professions ?

Ok I'm a Miner because ore sell for a lot on my server and enchanter because a lot of the rewards I cant use like I only where cloth and I get a soulbound leather If I sell then I might get a few silver but if I de I could get 60 or so off ah. My question is should I get the herbal pro and the inscription for my main?
