What's left to explain then?

Used to be that religion explained all... badly, but it was still early times yet and people couldn't yet even look past their 4 dimensions of spacetime, so I think we can forgive them for that. These days; the origin of the human species can be explained by Erasmus Darwin's 'Fact of Evolution' and Charles Darwin's 'Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection', The origin of life to a certain extent by 'Panspermia' and the 'Pocket Universes Theory', The origin of matter, by the Big Bang Theory, the suitability of our universe by the Anthropic Principle, and the 'God Hypothesis' as a natural psychological reaction to the undermining of a biological imperative. Most of these have a highly agreeable quantity of support and in some cases direct empirical evidence. So is there anything left?
