Hypothetically, If God was real, wouldn't it make more sense to believe that the creator was a female?

In Genesis, there are two creation stories the one where man was made first and one where man and woman were created together. Also, God says, when creating man and woman, "Let us make man and woman in our own image" And so God created man and woman in their image. I am a Christian and I think that God is both masculine and feminine. I don't understand why a lot of christians discount this verse.
