Is it talent or just luck?

I've been playing tennis since February and i was told by my instructor that im a NTRP 4.0. Do i have talent for this sport or is this normal? i feel like i have improved at an alarming pace. Every time I go out and hit I feel like I know I can do better so I keep improving. I've never been so confident in something and I've never been so dedicated. I've gotten to the point that if I don't hit a day I get really antsy and feel like I'm not improving. is this talent?
