IS this a good deal on the car to flip for a profit?

94 intrepid with 69k. No mechanical problems. Few bumper marks from parking, nothing major. The guy will sell it for 800, private party on kbb is 2000. I am very mechanically inclined should any repairs be needed. The car overall is very clean. Is there any profit potential in this vehicle?
