Bruising On Blood thinners?

I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I take lovenox a blood thinner for blod clots... well like instantly two brusies on my thigh showed up and were painful to walk... I don't remember hitting anything, but anything I can do for the pain or bruising... or what's going on? Can brusing on my leg lead to interal bleeding that could affect the baby?
