Could I be arrested for leaving home as a minor? RAVERS CAN RELATE.?

Nocturnal(rave) is coming up. I want to go SO badly but there is no way my parent are letting me go. I'm 17. I'm turning 18 in December but my parents are extremely strict with me so i have to lie 90% of the time about the places I go. I went to EDC(another rave) this year but I had to lie that I was sleeping over a friend's house. My parent's figured out I wasn't at anyone's house and gave me plenty of **** for it. Anywho bottom line, they won't let me "sleep over" anyone's house. I'm thinking of just leaving for the night. They'll probably call the police. Now for my question. What are the consequences for this? could I be arrested? Honestly I don't care whether they do or not but want to know how far and what the police can do. I don't want any extra bs. and please, no dumb answers. I'm almost legal! my parents are over protective and I want to go with my friends to see my favorite line up.
