Fencing questionairre?

well im always trying to make my parries more effective but to get all the parries pretty decently down probably like a month or so. If your arms are weak, hit the gym, try to bench and do some basic dumb-bell curls and pushups to work more arms. And all ways work on your foot work. try getting in En Guarde position and jump up and down for a while, and also alternate moving feet up and down.
