Cant Hear Anyone On Ventrilo?

I have just joined Ventrilo to talk with my guild mates in Rumble Fighter, one of the admins tell me to re join the sever with a new pword, I do that and get connected, but now I cant hear anyone on the server, people tell me that they can hear me but I just dont know what is going on, please help.
