Will a 2.8 L RBX-GT2 I6 (400R)(skyline 93-98motor) fit in a 95 maxima?

i dont much about imports but i have an excellent maxima that i want to play with and a friend of mine from okinawa said you can fit this motor into the max body, but iv heard otherwise...any experts? please email me at north.texas.family@gmail.com with your responce if its serious. thank you!
