Why is my cat is writhing on the floor like in a seizure and losing his hair on his lower back?

See if there are tiny skin bumps, scaling, or scabs where it is loosing hair. Maybe its a skin condition, or an allergic reaction. I'd take it in to the vet and have it looked at, it could be serious.
