Okay I need a little help with something.?

Okay I'm 18 and I have my chest is a double D and I'm looking to have a reduction. I have had back pain for years and I'm looking to go down a size or two. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good surgeon in or around the Dallas fort worth area or the Shreveport area. thanks for all yall's help.
