for eyeshadow, bronze and neutral brown tones look great with blue eyes if you're going for a natural look. in regard to applying eyeliner to your upper lid, i understand perfectly how hard it is to apply eyeliner if you wear gles. my advice is to purchase a magnifying mirror so that you can remove your gles but still see your eyes clearly. draw a line that follows the natural curve of your lid from the inner corner to the outer corner. don't worry if it's a bit crooked or messy, the beauty of pencil liners is that you can smudge them with a brush applicator or with your finger to create a great smoky eye (:
