My cat is acting weired?

my cat has been acting weired in the way of him walking all weired he goes like to the sides and he meows like if he were to be in some kind of pain when he walks his whole body goes to one side and cant seem to keep his balance yesterday he spent the whole day asleep in his little bed and he isnt like that hes a really playfull animal what is wrong with him ow yea he doesnt want to eat n he doesnt even want to drink water and i force him to n he doesnt want to eat it he pulls away n meows what is wrong with him????
