I believe science is a good enterprise, but so often science is used in evil ways. Man has created Nuclear weapons (WMD), he has polluted the Earth by burning fossil fuels, and dumping waste onto our land and oceans. Don't get me wrong I believe in God our creator but some religious institutions hold us back from reaching our potential scientifically. Look what happen to Galileo. The Catholic church centuries later apologizes for the act. If managed well science has and will make our lives better. We take science for granted.
