Is Lebron playing point guard a bad thing for the Heat?

I think first of all, Arroyo needs to sit down because he is not doing his job as a PG. Chalmers needs to start because he actually does his job as a PG. With Chalmers handling the ball down the court, he can drive the defense away from Lebron and make it easier for him and wade to drive to the basket. This is why Spoelstra sucks, he doesn't realize that Lebron at the point is bad for the Heat.
