Can Homeowner Insurance Policy Cover Injury to Self?

I got hurt while masking a window in my garage. The window had a hidden danger that I didn't not see (until the accident happened). While masking, the window broke and my Pink went right Through it causing laceration to two tendons. Had surgery and I am on therapy. Can my homeowners insurance cover any of my loses? Please help me with this question.
